The salon service provider is solely responsible for:

• The quality of services rendered

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload but grant us a limited license to use it to operate the App.

• Service quality issues or disputes between users and salons
• Loss or damage resulting from your use of the App

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid through the App (if any).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
